The grapes for this wine are bought from the the neighbour of Cyril Fhal, who he inspired to treat his grapes more "naturally". Femme soleil is an almost shy macabeu, not giving too much away in the nose. Delicate aroma's and a gentle, soothing mouthfeel. Like a kiss on the cheeks. Daan
