Floraison

"Floraison is a new wine for 2022. Our take on a rosé. Comprised of 80% direct pressed Syrah which fermented out to an extremely delicate and light blush, with an electric acid line. We then blended into it with 20% Pinot Noir which had been macerated for two weeks and raised in stainless steel to flesh the wine out just that little bit. The resulting wine has beautiful energy from the Syrah portion balanced out by the darker fruit of the Pinot Noir. Also perfect spring time drinking. As always natural ferment, unfined & unfiltered. 80% direct pressed Syrah // 20% macerated Pinot Noir // stainless // 15ppm So" -Bandicoot Run
