De l’Aube à l’Aube

Maryse Chatelin only grows one grape variety and only makes one wine. That wine is fermented and raised in different types of vessels though. This version of her pinot noir is made on big Alsace foudres making a fairly chunky and earthy pinot that's bursting with energy.
